Could you explain why this is important? How is the tobacco suit equating to Zyprexa, an antipsychotic medication? Why would/should the average reader care?
What tobacco lawsuit? How is the OR AG aggressive? How does this apply to me/she/him/her that has ever been prescribed Zyprexa?

It is a shame we must rely on private lawyers and class action lawsuits to protect us from unscrupulous psychiatrists and greedy pharmaceutical companies.
Since all our elected representatives receive campaign contributions(which are nothing more than bribes)we cannot depend on a congressional investigation to put public safety above 'profits'.
Money talks and talk walks and there is evidently a lot more money in pharma than talk!
