Comments: Several Things
I am one of those fairly recent new readers, although I think I've been reading for a few months now. I never fail to find something useful and informative on your blog. I was introduced to it by my boyfriend, who is schizophrenic, but is doing okay, all things considered. Interestingly enough, I am currently reading Torrey's book, and although I am finding it helpful, you remind me to take things with a grain of salt - sometimes a tablespoon. Thanks.

Access to weapons (guns especially),is the question most repeatedly asked in my experience.(by health care teams)

Ok this is really weird but my blog is www.myspace.com/dcjammin and i would never kill anyone... and i read it says the kid was talkin about hitler and aliens and jesus all the time and god during the days leading up to the event. I think these things should be talked about but it doesnt mean you are delusional. Im guessing there is another side to this story, possibly he was in trouble with the law for actually committing a crime, or the police wanted to arrest him. Or he was fucked with too much and lashed out. I dunno really but i find it interesting cause people say i am delusional n shit all the time but i never been to a mental hospital, never plan on going, and i never will kill anyone, i hope i will not have to ever use self defence neither. check my myspace.com/dcjammin
