There are many indignities that come with having MS, loss of body functions, etc. Exactly, depression is one symtom that is not surprising.

the other week I was so angry. I was just so incredibly angry. I would lie in bed and think of how I wanted to throw the huge chess set at my doctor. And then, one night, I took the drawers of my desk and slammed them down on the floor, shattering them. My dad got so mad. But I was mad too. But now, I don't feel so angry anymore. It's all good.

Approving of suicide topic for thought and discussion:

Lawyer: Kevorkian's Health Deteriorating

"SOUTHFIELD, Mich. - An attorney for Jack Kevorkian said the assisted-suicide advocate will probably not survive another year if kept in prison, as he again asked the state to grant his client a pardon or commute his sentence."..."Kevorkian has said he assisted in at least 130 deaths, but has promised that he will not assist another if released."
Provocative thought here:
I wonder if that counts himself in his promise. Anyone wonder they wont release him early, to prevent his own suicide? with his own failing health, he would fit into his guidelines for assisted suicide. So, in that arena, what if he is suffering, wants to die, knows how to do it, and is now being prevented from leaving early so he can do what he believes in and have a choice to live or die.
