I'm sure the pharmaceutical industrial complex is working on a "chill pill" as I type. A new drug to lower body temperature to address a soon-to-be diagnosis called something Global Warming Hyperinferno Disorder (GWHD).

Little trick I learned in the tropics: soak a small towel in cold tap water, wring it out, and wrap it around your neck like a scarf. Repeat as needed. It's much more efficient and eco-responsible than cold showers every 30 minutes.

Very sorry to hear about this! Heat and humidity hold special dangers for those on psychoactive meds who get overheated - malignant hypothermia? Canada has instituted some small plans to help - do a search for "Toronto cooling centers"

Heat and psychoactive drugs do not mix - a recipe for disaster.
