I am waiting for my share of a national lawsuit vs Lilly for use of ZYPREXA. I had been told to expect it in Oct. Although I used Zyprex during my mental health crisis which was precipitated by taking prednisone for ten days after having had a viscious asthma attack eight yers ago the Bi Polar illness never left me. It took a long time to get off of Zyprexa and I believe Zyprexa has altered parts of my body, esp. my abdomen. It also had a bad effect on my blood suguars. Just thought I would add my thoughts.. OH...bad back trouble is something I deal with all the time...got hit by a car as a pedestrian 30yrs. ago...one solutin I find helpful is to soak in warm water in a tub with EPSOM SALTS. When you get out of the tub KEEP warm and dry off completely...I then do prescribed stretching and relaxation movements on a cushioned mat.. I sllep with a thin pillow between my legs and I use a RX called Baclofen. Good luck...ed

I have been writing a one-way correspondence to the DOJ, Eastern PA District, about this upcoming settlement. As a number of people have received nothing, while the 30,000 people or their families received chump change from the mass tort (I've heard 10,000 for diabetes; 70,000 for death), and most of these cases have already had Medicaid or Medicare taken out of them - my suggestion to the DOJ is that they establish a victims' fund to compensate people who now have diabetes or the families of those who died from the drug. I tried for prison, looking for justice, but have been told this won't happen. Only a misdemeanor charge.
