Many Thanks
Thanks to you all for the many comments and emails in the last 24 hours over my one year off-meds post. I appreciate all the kind thoughts more than I can get into.
I'd planned on having a bunch of posts up by now, but it was simply too lovely an evening to be inside, so I went out and had some fun. We only get about two and one-half months of truly nice weather in Seattle and you've got to grab them when you can.
I'll play catch up later this morning.

Sorry Philip,
i didn't have time to send you an e-mail and you deserve it.
I've spent 19 hours in a hospital for nothing. Got no help.
Physical problems. It's also difficult to find help if you go to the wrong hospital.
But I'll send you the e-mail and also the greeting card you deserve.
I'm truly happy for you!
These are the stories that give strength to all of those who got the "bipolar" diagnoses, label that really means nothing now.
They are abusing with this concept and giving it to no matter what problem.
This is a shame to say the least.
Good you're fine, Philip. Once again: I'm HAPPY!
Philip,
I, too, congratulate on your battle to recalibrate your neurons. I know from personal experience that it is a very difficult thing to do. Relapses of a minimal nature are not uncommon, as long as you are aware of the consequences.
Writers are more creative than others. Those that are creative tend to alter thier minds synthetically. There is a correlation. Have no guilt for your past behaviors,
