Ha, I banned an Aussie anti-psych dewd a couple months ago but left the thread up where he calls me a fucking fat cunt. Just sayin, some groups might consider policing their own.

Sometimes enough is just enough! No one deserve constant disrespect or personal attacks.

stan that's a good one. robin, i cannot believe someone called you that. geez. and to all of you, i am not interested in banning people and it takes a lot to get me to hit the ban button.

i had the same one just a few weeks ago that robin had. page long rants at me for being a F--cunt. i tried to ignore it, didnt post the worst one, and eventually removed it all. person was from auckland

and for perspective it was a commenter calling me a fucking cunt-- for drugging my daughter on purpose. life on the internet.

lastly, it's interesting to note here that my commenter that ranted disgusting rants to me came directly from this blog according to my site meter.

I've got another one from Brisbane today. Makes me think they are pharma reps that have been banned to OZ for not pimping enough products in the USA.

Those are the ones who really bring "anti-psychiatry" into disrepute. The Danish users magazine I'm writing for listed "anti-psychiatry" as one of my fields of interest, and, yes, that's true enough. Yet, I felt slightly uncomfortable, reading it on their website. Just because of commenters like the one you've banned. Why can't people just keep the party clean?? It would only be in their own interest.

I know I'm late to this party but I think we need to make one thing clear:

You didn't ban a commenter, you banned a troll and you do not have to feel guilty about banning trolls.
