On occasion, the mainstream media is willing to step away from its aiding and abetting of the pill-pushing paradigm. Here's an example from Britain's The Independent. Of course, the most robust evidence in favor of CBT and the like involves using it to address depression. Mania and psychosis are likely beyond its reach.
